Refund and Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

 

However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we are happy to offer replacements under the following conditions:

 

 

Eligible for Replacement

 

We will provide a replacement if:

 

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong size, shape, or color due to our error

  • There is a manufacturing defect

 

 

To qualify for a replacement:

 

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • A claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Photo proof is required

 

 

 

Not Eligible for Refunds or Replacements

 

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

 

  • Incorrect size, shape, or color selected by the customer

  • Improper application or removal

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Orders where a sizing kit was not used prior to purchase

 

 

We strongly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit before placing an order to ensure the best fit.

 

 

Final Notes

 

Once a replacement is approved, it will be processed as quickly as possible. Refunds, exchanges, or store credit are not available under any circumstances.
