Processing Time
All press-on nail orders are custom made with care. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be created before it is shipped. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days depending on your location and the carrier..
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Once your package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for shipping delays. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
